Senior Producer
Role
We are looking for a proactive, process-led Senior Producer to join our Content Studio team in North America. A proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of working efficiently and autonomously in a CGI-led production environment. A team player capable of leading in-house, offshore and partner Client Service teams, Art Directors, Motion Graphics Designers, CGI Artists and Retouchers in the production of beautiful brand assets. Always with an eye for quality, keeping track of budget, scope and schedule is your happy place - optimizing processes to solve a problem before it arises.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and managing production across several concurrent brands and
projects.
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day production in a CGI-led studio environment.
- Proactively communicating and managing expectation with clients & client service teams about all
aspects of production and project delivery.
- Identifying and clearly communicating project resource requirements in a consistent, accurate and
timely manner.
- Working with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studio locations to proactively solve
capacity challenges before they become a problem.
- Forecasting, requesting, booking, and on-boarding freelance resource, when necessary.
- Negotiating costings with external providers, ensuring their costs align to budgets and expectation.
- All aspects of production documentation management, including estimates, PO's, NDA's, MSA's etc.
- Management of multiple third-party supplier relationships.
- Line management of 1-2 producers.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in accurately identifying project risks.
- Ability to quickly and effectively draft indicative project budgets in advance of concept approval.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting a positive morale in a
fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite plus project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, Trello etc.
- Having a point of view on the tools required by teams to ensure consistency in best practice for
production management - what to use when, and why.
- Ability to manage, coach and lead teams of production artists and direct reports.
- Ability to outline and develop best practices and processes - a leader, not a follower.
Nice to have's…
- Experience of pre/post-production & shooting of video and photo content.
- Background working in brand or packaging centric creative agencies.
- Experience working in globally connected, creative production studios.
- Portfolio of work with CPG or Retail brands.
- Interest or experience in the implementation of project management tools and systems.
- Extensive black-book of talented industry contracts in CGI, VFX and film production.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
