Job Description
Position Summary
The VP of Marketing and Sales will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty. This executive will lead cross-functional teams, leverage data and analytics to optimize performance, and build scalable systems to support rapid growth across multiple markets.
What You'll Do:
Customer Experience & Insights
- Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (e.g., paid search, social media, email) to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize spend.
- Partner with product and operations teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
- Develop and maintain robust analytics dashboards and reports to track key product and marketing metrics.
- Proactively analyze customer and company data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead and scale high-performing teams across digital, and retail channels.
- Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short, mid-term and long-term strategy.
- Partner with vendor partners, marketing team, field leadership and others to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Design and implement sales strategies to increase lead conversion, and customer retention.
- Optimize the sales funnel using data-driven insights and customer behavior analytics.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and forecast revenue.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in marketing and sales. Automotive, fintech, or consumer services is preferable but not required.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand expansion in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
