ASC-Ophthalmology Director of Nursing – Lead with Purpose in Surgical Services
Are you a driven nursing leader ready to elevate patient care? We’re looking for a Director of Nursing to oversee surgical and patient care services in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Location: Seventh Avenue Surgery Center, Kearney, NE
What You’ll Do:
- Lead nursing services across the OR, PACU, SPD, and patient care units.
- Oversee 24/7 clinical operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Drive resource optimization and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with physicians and administrators to support organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and clinical excellence.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- This facility is an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- The DON will supervise a team of up to 15 Registered Nurses and Scrub Technicians
- The current schedule consists of four surgery days and one administrative day.
- The position will not require evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Wage range $80 - $95k based on previous experience
