Labor Delivery and Recovery Nurse:

This position includes a full range of patient support to include everything from childbirth and lactation education to monitoring vital signs, assisting with medical procedures and offering emotional support. Requirements:
To be seriously considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited school. NRP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and S.T.A.B.L.E Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Training at a minimum.
- Experience Have at least 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery Nursing.
- Licenses/Certification: Current Colorado State license or Compact license. Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC - OB) preferred.
Responsibilities:
We are committed to improving the health of our community by delivering exceptional care and services. As part of the team in the Family Birth Center you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments of expectant mothers, monitor their health and identify any potential risks or complications.
- Provide continuous support by monitoring contractions, fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs.
- Assist the physician during the delivery process to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Care for mothers and newborns during the immediate postpartum period. Educating and assisting with concerns and/or complications.
Shift- 12 hour shifts
Status- Part time
Compensation: $33.00 - $45.04/hour DOE (evening, night and weekend shift differential pay) In addition to the base salary, Nurses have the opportunity to increase their compensation through participation in our Clinical Ladder Program. Advancement on the Clinical Ladder is an opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
