Job Description
Cleaver Brooks is looking for a is looking for a Sales Manager Aftermarket to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The Sales Manager Aftermarket will develop and implement profitable growth of Cleaver-Brooks parts within the exclusive representative network. Evaluate each organization for potential growth opportunities and develop a growth plan that can be executed to grow part sales for Cleaver-Brooks.

Job Location: Milwaukee, WI
Essential functions:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth across all distribution channels of aftermarket sales to our representative and distribution networks
- Build relationships with aftermarket sales staff, parts staff and service personnel at each representative's offices
- Establish a plan with each representative based on in person visits to increase aftermarket parts purchased from Cleaver-Brooks
- Follow up meetings as necessary to ensure plan execution and measure plan effectiveness and progress.
- Educate representatives on Cleaver-Brooks entire aftermarket product offering and sales tools
- Develop best practices documentation to further enhance and spread best practices to all representatives
- Develop roadmap for each representative to increase Cleaver-Brooks parts market share
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions for aftermarket throughout the representative network
- Develop feedback loop with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing on what enhancements are required with the aftermarket product offering or any issues found while visiting representatives
- Identify key decision makers within each representative organization to more effectively improve sales
- Create and deliver large and qualified spare parts opportunities to sales department and assist as needed to close the opportunities
- Coordinate aftermarket customer training as necessary with representatives and distributors
- Other duties as assigned by VP of Aftermarket
Basic Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four year college or university
- Experience in related field, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirements:
- 80+% travel within North America to support the conversions business with our representatives
Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions.
