Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Mapping and Product Management
  • Create value by tuning into the customer segment needs and translating these needs into clear and tangible projects of new products, systems or solutions.
  • Ensure execution of the product strategy in accordance with the overall marketing strategy, to generate long term profitable growth.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing, starting with thorough understanding of all customer persona's, their buying journey and jobs to be done.
  • Analyze and benchmark the competitor product offering and to conduct market research.
  • Drive product launches and manage product portfolio & design collection by collaborating with Trespa, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Develop product positioning and provide the key differentiators.
  • Strong partnership with Trespa (Netherlands) to understand product strategy, market messaging, and product compliance.
  • Sales Strategy
  • Develop a sales growth plan based on Budget Agreements, long-term strategic goals, competitive landscape, capability needs and performance according to the Commercial Excellence principles translating into a clear investment plan for the country in alignment with marketing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to gain buy-in for key growth initiatives and create alignment across departments.
  • Evaluate existing and emerging opportunities and create actionable growth strategies.
  • Manages the pipeline of projects and sales activity in our CRM, Salesforce.com (SFDC) to deliver growth as defined in the plan.
  • Ensures having a good overview of the total potential in the country with a focus on the high potential opportunities.
  • Provide insights to all stakeholders with relevant market information, such as customer needs, design trends, competition, co-suppliers, market developments etc. as input for go-to-market and overall sales strategy.
  • Ensures adequate pro-active planning and execution of tactics and activities done by the regional managers or account managers and takes care that they focus on high potential opportunities.
  • Maintains the quality and consistency in SFDC.
  • KPIs and Success Measurement:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure product the success and monitor market share growth.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report progress on KPIs to leadership, adjusting strategies based on insights and market trends.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports that highlight the effectiveness of efforts and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements include bachelor's degree, knowledge of scientific and laboratory market and specification selling process and bidding phases, sales negotiation skills, demonstrated customer aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years related sales experience. Overnight travel is required, as necessary.

We're Looking for A Self-Starter Who Meets the Following Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • Track record of success in direct and indirect business development roles
  • Experience selling through 3rd parties and to key accounts
  • Demonstrable skill set utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
  • Overnight travel is required
