Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Maintain and analyze general ledgers for assigned areas and entities;
Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closings for assigned areas and entities;
Prepare and post monthly journal entries and adjustments, including supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions;
Prepare VAT return, Intrastat and other statistical returns for assigned areas and entities;
Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations;
Maintain local GAAP adjustments;
Monitor, review and update Sox internal controls for assigned areas and entities.
YOU HAVE:
University Degree specializing in Finance/Accounting
Previous experience in accounting across General Ledger processes
Experience in ERP (Infor M3 will be a plus)
Experience in an international company will be a plus
In-depth accounting knowledge;
MS Office (advanced excel skills);
Medium English;
Proactive behavior;
Ability to communicate confidently, with clarity both downwards and upwards and with stakeholders in country and internationally;
Process improvement oriented;
Excellent communication skills;
Organizational, time-management, decision-making skills;
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
