Collections Specialist
The exclusive lender for Byrider, Car Now Acceptance Company, is growing! Collections Specialist career opportunity! On-site position at the Traverse City, MI, finance office.

Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collections account management
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training classes & meetings
- Assist with credit origination
Hours for Collections Specialist:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- 40 hours a week
- Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
- Finance Office Hours: M-TH 9-6, FR 8-7, SA 8-1
- Rotate Saturdays
Collections Specialist Requirements:
- Collections or customer retention experience
- Able to work on-site
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer/keyboard skills
