Job Description

SBM Management is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation. The Sr. Manager will help spearhead the integration of digital technology across all business areas, fundamentally transforming operations and customer value delivery. This role will also drive cultural change, encouraging organizations to challenge the status quo, experiment, and embrace failure in the pursuit of innovation and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and support multiple work streams through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies, including identifying change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure.
  • Ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Manage large-scale, strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring work stays on track, maintains high quality, and aligns with goals.
  • Assist in the delivery of program strategies to implement complex processes and systems.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members.
  • Promote the vision of operational transformation among business users, cross-functional leaders, and other stakeholders; act as the primary focal point for engagement.
  • Manage communication and actively engage stakeholders, including senior management, on program status, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Oversee system integrations to deliver impactful and timely results.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and coach project team members effectively.
  • Extensive experience in change management and project management methodologies. (Certifications such as CSM and PMP are advantageous but not required).
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the aptitude to influence and cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Required proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem of products, including Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, and Power Apps.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging AI technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance business processes and outcomes.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license may be necessary.
  • A BA/BS degree is required. Relevant professional experience may substitute for the required education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation: $90,000 - 105,000 per year

Shift: Variable
