Job Description

Role Overview
This role is designed to drive strategic growth through the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and strategic partners. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Legal, and Finance to ensure a seamless partner experience from first contact through long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Evaluation & Onboarding: Define ideal partner profiles and lead due diligence processes. Design and manage a structured onboarding program that accelerates time-to-value for new partners
- Enablement & Growth: Deliver training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support Aras solutions. Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to drive revenue growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to align partner strategies with corporate goals. Ensure partner programs are integrated with broader go-to-market initiatives
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track industry trends, partner feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy. Provide regular updates to leadership on partner performance and pipeline development
- Performance Analytics &Optimization: Use data-driven insights to track partner performance, identify enablement gaps, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Program Management: Lead partner-facing events, workshops, and enablement initiatives. Manage logistics, content development, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, partner enablement, or channel sales, preferably in enterprise software or PLM.
- Proven success in recruiting and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of PLM, digital thread, and enterprise software landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or within Global System Integrators (GSIs).
- Familiarity with Aras Innovator or similar platforms (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA).
- Multilingual capabilities and international business experience are a plus.
