Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' unique learning needs.
• Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance individualized learning approaches.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students to facilitate open communication and learning.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Stay current with educational best practices and integrate new strategies into instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a one-on-one setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• Ability to create engaging and customized lesson plans.
• Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their academic goals.
• Knowledge of various instructional strategies and the ability to assess student needs.
• A proactive and flexible approach with a commitment to continuous professional development.
