Job Description
- Current residency in the Souteast and extensive leadership experience required in Data Center/Storage or Hybrid Cloud technologies.

What you'll be doing
- Seeking to build strong relationships and trust with new and existing customers across industry sectors.
- Articulating our industry leading solutions which include Data Center/Storage, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Resiliency and AI.
- Support, mentor, and motivate a team of experienced sales leaders in the region.
- Responsible for the region achieving quotas on a quarter-over-quarter basis, overseeing the performance of individual sales leaders within the team.
- Motivate matrixed resources to engage with the sales team and drive accountability, ensuring collaboration and cohesion among sales leaders and the sales ecosystem within the region.
- Set team expectations in alignment with the company strategy and manage the team through the transformation process, ensuring alignment with other sales leaders and teams.
- Lead and coach the performance of your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture with a focus on winning, showing up and delivering consistent outcomes quarter over quarter.
- Forecast the business accurately and timely, consolidating inputs from various sales leaders and ensuring a unified forecast.
What you bring to the team
- An ability to think creatively and work consistently to identify, develop, and close opportunities within new or prospective customers.
- You'll be able to share specific examples to illustrate where and how you have done this, both individually and by leading a team of sales professionals.
- Guiding your team to make sure they have the aptitude to identify key decision-makers and build relationships that enable you to increase your level of influence within accounts.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets throughout your sales career, illustrating your persistent focus on supporting customers to realize required business outcomes, and replicating this success with the sales leaders under your lead.
- An ability to build virtual teams around you to create and deliver innovative solutions that will empower your leaders to manage their teams and deliver results.
- You follow and are passionate about industry trends and can share advice and expertise with customers, that will benefit their needs, and solve for the customer problem
- Ensure that your sales leaders stay informed and aligned with the latest industry trends and cascade their knowledge throughout their teams.
