About Tito's Italian Grill:
Tito's is a popular, energetic Italian restaurant in Coeur d'Alene known for authentic dishes and a lively atmosphere. We're looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver delicious meals.
The Role:
As a Line Cook, you will prepare and cook menu items following recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, and support smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards

Ensure consistent quality and portion control

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation

Follow health and safety guidelines

Assist teammates to ensure efficient kitchen flow
What We're Looking For:

Prior cooking experience preferred but training available for the right candidate

Knowledge of food preparation and safety

Ability to work well under pressure

Team player with strong communication skills

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
