Job Description

  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with care delivery teams to ensure a seamless and positive service experience for all clients, from the initial contact through the entire care process.
  • Networking and Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at industry events, workshops, and forums to increase brand awareness and foster community ties that enhance our market position.
  • Detailed Reporting: Maintain accurate, detailed records of sales activities, forecast future sales trends, and provide actionable insights and reports to guide business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a preference for experience in the home healthcare or private pay sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Tucson healthcare market, with insights into local customer and community needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region to engage with clients and attend pertinent events.
