Part-Time Endodontist (1099) – Summerlin North, Nevada

Our well-established, high-performing general dentistry practice in Summerlin North, Nevada is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our clinical team one day per week as an independent contractor. With 17 modern operatories, a robust referral pipeline, and a fully staffed, specialist-ready infrastructure, this role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

We're offering a $10,000 signing bonus (half paid upon signing, half with your first paycheck) and a $10,000 annual retention bonus for each year completed with the practice.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: 1 day per week — Thursdays or Fridays strongly preferred

• Compensation: Daily or per-procedure basis — flexible, competitive rates

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Support Team: Dedicated Endodontic Assistant and Specialty Treatment Coordinator

• Operatories: 2-column setup within our 17-operatory facility

  • Treatment Column: 6–8 endodontic cases per day (typical), with schedule designed by you

  • Consult Column: In-person or virtual consults as needed (minimal — referring GPs secure treatment plan acceptance in advance)

Practice Environment & Technology:

• Team: 5 General Dentists, 12 Hygienists, 8 Dental Assistants, 10 Business Team Members

• Facility: 17 total operatories across a high-volume, modern group practice

• CBCT and digital panoramic imaging

• Digital x-rays

• Cloud-based EMR with remote access to patient records and radiographs

• Streamlined systems for referrals, scheduling, and documentation

• High-level interdepartmental collaboration and clinical handoffs
