Job Description

Job Title: Guest Services Agent / Reservationist
Location: Davidson, NC 28036
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Reservationist to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with reservations and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and guest-focused. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Schedule:

  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (In-Office)
  • Wednesdays – Fridays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (In-Office)

Additional hours may be available based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer guest calls and emails regarding reservations, changes, and general inquiries
  • Process and manage reservations using hospitality software with accuracy
  • Provide personalized information about resort policies, amenities, and services
  • Coordinate with on-site resort teams to meet guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns or escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Perform administrative tasks including confirmation calls, chart reviews, and documentation
  • Maintain guest information securely and professionally

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in guest services, hospitality, or reservations (required)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Tech: Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and reservation software
  • Availability: Must be available for the above part-time schedule
  • Location: Must be able to work in-office (Davidson, NC) for evening shifts and have a reliable home setup for occasional remote work

Work Location:

  • Weds–Sat: In-person (Davidson, NC)
