To complete our creative and dynamic team in Denver, CO, we are seeking a:
Key Account Manager - North America (100%)
Start date: as soon as possible
Your role:
Your mission will be to build and manage a portfolio of 10-20 large accounts with the aim of making them successful using the Flyability hardware, software, and services. By actively interacting with the users and the various stakeholders at regular intervals, you will also be responsible for mapping the accounts, retaining/upgrading existing contracts and enabling the adoption of new business.
You will need to rapidly identify the main pain points that might be part of the customer experience, and to mobilize the adequate resources to fix them in a timely manner. This will require a good understanding of the industrial world, and of the large account structure specificities.
You will interact with relevant internal teams - at global, regional and local level - to deliver expertise to achieve an outstanding customer experience.
You will report to the Head of Key Accounts.
What you will own:
- Own the revenue objectives and growth strategy of the assigned account portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new sites / departments and oversee the full sales opportunity lifecycle.
- Run regular business development initiatives in order to generate new sales opportunities within the account portfolio.
- Responsible for the overall account health, ensuring that renewals are closed on time and risks are identified early; consistently looking to drive upsell off renewal transactions.
- Schedule and lead regular interactions with Flyability users from the assigned account portfolio to build trusted relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments to take action based on customer feedback to create a continuously improved experience, including but not limited to the Sales & Marketing team, as well as R&D and Field Operations teams.
