JOB TITLE: West Specifications Sales Associate
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt
LOCATION (Remote within specific area): Employee's Home Office in PT or MT time zone
HOURS & TIME ZONE: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Local Time (PT or MT time zone)
PAY RANGE: Reasonably expected to be $24.00/hour - $29.00/hour (approximately $50,000 - $60,000 on an annualized basis), based on experience, location, and education

ROLE PURPOSE:
The purpose of the West Specifications Sales Associate role is to contribute to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Sales Division, Architectural Sales (Specifications) Function, and Company goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):
- GOAL ACHIEVEMENT:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the achievement of individual goals and objectives, in close collaboration with Architectural Sales (Specification Function) personnel and Director of Specifications
- Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources to achieve shared objectives
- Meaningfully contribute to supporting Architectural Sales (Specification Function) goal achievement, in furtherance of Company goals and objectives
- COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL MARKETING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
- Design Firms Demand Creation – conduct virtual and in-person seminars/webinars and meetings, and communicate by phone and email, with architecture and engineering firms to market and create demand for Stego products
- Identify and track projects and company accounts with potential for Stego products through effective processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and strategy implementation
- Actively utilize Stego's CRM, project lead generation system, and other internal resources to identify, develop, and maximize opportunities and relationships with target customers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with architectural customers and others of similar design scope in the industry
- Field incoming phone inquiries from the home office (technical questions, product application questions, etc.), as needed
- COMPANY CULTURE & CORE VALUES:
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Specification Sales team members to develop strategy, Regional Sales personnel to coordinate target architectural/engineering firms, and all Stego employees to foster a healthy work environment
- Develop Specification Sales as a respected and collaborative Company resource
- Support and contribute to the culture and atmosphere of Specification Sales, in alignment with Stego's Core Values

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Sales, construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, webinar platforms, and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate frequently on a daily basis in person, by phone, or video conference
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and remain in a stationary position to work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to travel to attend team and company meetings and events
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed in an office environment
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
- Ability to travel to and attend quarterly team and Company meetings and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 10-15% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend customer meetings and events, including days, nights, and overnight stays (approximately 20% of the time).
