Job Title: Nordic Aesthetics Clinical Specialist

Location:Stockholm, Sweden OR, Denmark, Copenhagen

Galderma Nordics is looking for Nordic Aesthetics Clinical Specialist accountable for the local strategy and execution of educational programs and initiatives that enhance the knowledge and skills of our customers. Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Lead of Aesthetics, you will be working with our customers in the medical field - dermatologists, plastic surgeons etc to ensure that they are aware of Galderma's products, procedures, and best practices.

The CS will facilitate learning using approved GAIN, and locally relevant, educational materials with an aim to support a standardized, repeatable methodology for patient assessment and treatment planning and for injection procedures aligned to defined GAIN training program curricula related to Galderma Aesthetics brands.

Key/Accountabilities:

  • Delivers In-Clinic Services
  • Identifies educational need and develops recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic practices through delivering a bespoke educational journey for each HCP enrolled on a Facilitation Pathway, and based on the HCP's self-assessment of knowledge, skills, and confidence.
  • HCPs will be selected through cross-functional alignment between the Nordic Aesthetic Marketing Lead, Sales Manager and the GAIN Lead.
  • Establishes a bespoke GAIN curricula-aligned training pathway with the HCP in pursuit of supporting improved patient outcomes. Facilitation is hands-off and the HCP retains clinical judgement and responsibility for patient treatment.
  • Maintains a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after any interaction with HCPs and records all activity in VEEVA CRM to allow for KPI monitoring.
  • Supports GAIN Lead in GAIN event delivery
  • Supports the delivery of key local and Nordic GAIN events as requested by the GAIN lead. These include, but not limited to, attendance at industry conferences & GAIN meetings/workshops & the HITS training program, to engage with customers. This activity also supports CS self-development and upskilling.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a clinically based subject specifically medicine, nursing or dentistry but other patient-facing clinical roles may be accepted e.g. physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy
  • Experience within a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry and ideally in aesthetics
  • Experienced in facilitation/training/coaching including event management, preparation and delivery of workshops and other training solutions
  • Metrics-driven mindset with experience of tracking activities in a CRM tool
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in at least Swedish or Danish, and in English, plus good understanding in other Nordic languages
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
  • Travel: 75% of the time, locally, nationally, and potentially internationally, including overnight travel (approx. 50% Sweden, 25% Denmark and 25% Norway. Finland is also in scope for this role; however it will be covered within the Swedish time allocation). Some weekend work may be required periodically.
