Job Description
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for general reception and customer service tasks. Assists members and guests; and prepares facility for opening/closing. Performs various duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in reception/customer service-related field.
Responsibilities:
- Collects, interprets and uses information in decision-making. Remains current on WCFW programs, services, and schedules.
- Shares information with members, staff, and callers. Is familiar with all aspects of fitness services, spa services, and WCFW programs.
- Mails literature, information, and correspondence.
- Ensures that fitness service members check in daily.
- Ensures Spa desk coverage and check-in of clients.
- Calls to confirm next day's appointments for spa.
- Responds to customer requests and follows up as needed.
- Promotes WCFW services, programs, and activities to members and clients.
- Conducts tours for prospective new members, as needed.
- Listens to member feedback and relays information to supervisor within the same business day when necessary.
- Informs new members of payment/membership options in terms that the member can understand.
- Accurately completes paperwork, collects payments and writes cash receipts when necessary.
- Processes point-of-sale transactions.
- Balances cash drawer.
- Any other duties as assigned by Woman's Hospital.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Rotating weekends
Pay Range:
Hourly/Non-Exempt
$13.00 - $18.00; based on work experience
