Job Description
Our organization is a premier behavioral healthcare provider dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Located on a serene 250-acre campus in Cummington, Massachusetts, and supported by a national virtual care platform, we offer a full continuum of care, including medical detox, inpatient rehabilitation, medication-assisted treatment, and specialized programs for veterans, adolescents, expectant mothers, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Our evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), are complemented by holistic approaches like wilderness and adventure therapy. Accredited by the Joint Commission and SAMHSA, we are committed to delivering individualized, high-quality care in a compassionate, inclusive environment, adhering to standards set by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
This individual is ultimately responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the total program, including the business, fiscal, clinical segments and plan management and maintenance. May delegate portions of these tasks to others, but ultimate responsibility and authority for compliance with the directives of the Governing Body lie with the Executive Director. Is responsible for the long- and short-term planning, program evaluations and compliance with federal, state, local and independent regulatory statutes. The Executive Director fosters a culture of excellence, leads a multidisciplinary team, and drives organizational growth while ensuring alignment with our mission to provide exceptional behavioral healthcare.
