Saint Luke's Urgent Care in Mission Farms is seeking an experienced Medial Assistant (MA) to be an integral part of our team that delivers high quality patient-centered medical care to our community. This is a great opportunity for an experienced or entry level Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), an experienced or entry level Medical Assistant .
The Work:
Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals
Phlebotomy
Administer injections and coordinate vaccines
Assist providers with procedures
Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents
Conduct telephone screening (with protocols)
Cover front office responsibilities as needed
In this position you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our patients' clinic experience so we are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and is eager to be a team player.
