Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking anEnergy Efficiency Program Analystto join our growing team in Madison WI. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Efficiency Program Analyst with a strong critical thinking, communication and data management skills to join our dynamic team. As an Efficiency Program Analyst you will support the delivery of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of program operations including rebate processing, customer support, analytical reporting, and database management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of energy efficiency program that make a measurable impact on communities and the environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, client-facing project materials for review, approval, and payment.
- Maintain and optimize relational databases to support efficient data collection, coordination, analysis, and reporting.
- Track, analyze, and report on internal metrics, including budget performance, energy savings, and contractual KPIs.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage program deliverables to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Assist the Program Manager in maintaining strong client relationships, managing communications, and addressing or escalating issues as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and improve internal policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support monthly invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Provide responsive customer support via phone and email.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
