Job Description

Bring products to life-on the shelf! Fleet Farm is looking for a Planogram Analyst to join our dynamic Store Operations team. In this key role, you'll turn product strategies into visually appealing and sales-driven shelf layouts using space planning tools. If you enjoy combining analytics, creativity, and collaboration-this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and manage planograms across multiple categories using space planning software (JDA preferred).

  • Partner with Merchandising teams to ensure planograms support sales goals and align with merchandising strategies for all clusters and set sizes.

  • Analyze store layouts and shelf inventory to determine optimal product facings and space utilization.

  • Conduct and schedule category review kickoff meetings with key stakeholders (Merchandising, Inventory Control, Fixtures, Signing, etc.).

  • Adapt planograms to seasonal business trends and evolving market conditions.

  • Create and deliver reports to ensure planogram accuracy and adherence to company standards.

  • Provide insight and support to Retail Operations for successful planogram implementation and store-level execution.

  • Recommend shelf space adjustments to improve inventory turns and support in-store merchandising initiatives.

  • Assist with fixture ordering and ensure planogram room setup/takedown is complete and organized.

What You Bring:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience building and managing planograms (JDA Space Planning preferred).

  • Product knowledge and a solid understanding of retail merchandising principles.

  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable space allocation decisions.

  • Strong PC and software skills, especially in JDA Space, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Merchandising and Operations teams.
