Plant Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Examples of Typical Activities:

• Manages and delegates task effectively.

• Schedule routine maintenance tasks and repairs.

• Troubleshooting problems and develops a plan of action.

• Design and build fixtures for assembly, Product Integrity and Quality (poke yoke) check fixtures.

• Participates in daily meetings (SQCDM and Production Meeting)

• Manages Safety (EHS) for the plant.

• Ensure that departments are communicating, and safety issues are addressed.

• Attend safety meetings and execute safety awareness and safety activities.

• Plans for and manages ongoing facilities projects.

• Ensures high quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor

• Adjusts fixtures and machines that are impacting quality.

• Supports the Molding Manager in leadership to the Injection Molding Team

• Confirms that equipment is running efficiently and producing a quality product

• Coordinates with the Production departments to ensure minimal impact.

• Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the Maintenance teams.

• Develops and maintains the facility budget.

• Procure necessary equipment, parts, and supplies.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, and maintenance activities.

• Oversees contractors assigned to do work at Goodbaby.

• Perform and track daily progress and reports.

• Support continuous improvement lean activities and efficiency improvements.

Required Experience

BS Required in Engineering; 5 (+) years of relevant experience in Facilities Management
