At Finastra, we're looking for a Sales Skills Senior Specialist to help us elevate sales performance across the organization with innovative, high-impact learning strategies.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales enablement strategy-designing and delivering learning solutions that directly influence business outcomes. You'll work across teams and geographies, connecting our sales force with the skills they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
What You'll Do
Identify learning needs through performance and capability analysis
Design and implement sales training programs that drive measurable improvement
Lead end-to-end delivery of enablement initiatives across business units
Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS)
Partner with senior leaders to align learning with strategic goals
Use data to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning solutions
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Proven experience in sales enablement or adult learning
Strong critical thinking and research skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice-to-Haves:
Master's degree (especially in arts or humanities)
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
Technical Skills
Learning Management System (LMS) administration
Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
