At Finastra, we're looking for a Sales Skills Senior Specialist to help us elevate sales performance across the organization with innovative, high-impact learning strategies.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales enablement strategy-designing and delivering learning solutions that directly influence business outcomes. You'll work across teams and geographies, connecting our sales force with the skills they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.

What You'll Do

• Identify learning needs through performance and capability analysis

• Design and implement sales training programs that drive measurable improvement

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enablement initiatives across business units

• Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS)

• Partner with senior leaders to align learning with strategic goals

• Use data to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning solutions

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in sales enablement or adult learning

• Strong critical thinking and research skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Nice-to-Haves:

• Master's degree (especially in arts or humanities)

• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations

Technical Skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration

• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
