Job Description:

Scope of Position: The Manager of Guest & Volunteer Services is responsible for leading and enhancing the patient and visitor experience across the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center network. This role oversees all front-line guest services operations, including attendants, receptionists, and mail room staff, while also managing and growing a robust, system-wide volunteer program. The Manager serves as a key advocate for compassionate care, ensuring every guest, patient, and family member receives exemplary service during their visit.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Guest Services Management
  • Volunteer Program Leadership
  • Patient Experience and Service Excellence
  • Other Duties As Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Services, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in guest services, volunteer management, or related healthcare leadership role.
