Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Georgia
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Location: Peachtree City, Georgia
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Job Overview:
Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to make a lasting impact in your community? We are seeking a motivated LCSW to join our mental health team in Georgia. In this role, you'll provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups while working in a supportive, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients across diverse backgrounds
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Participate in regular case reviews, staff meetings, and training sessions
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Georgia
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
