What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, etc.)
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended solutions
• Keep detailed service records and ensure timely job completion
• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle (valid license required)

Requirements

• Must-Haves:
• At least 3 years of refrigeration experience
• Basic refrigeration and hand tools
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Good communication and customer service skills

• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience with restaurant-specific refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with hot-side equipment
• Willingness to take on rotating on-call shifts
