Position Overview:
The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential customers, and closing deals for roofing projects. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who's confident, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through canvassing, referrals, and marketing campaigns

• Conduct roof inspections and present findings to potential customers

• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing options, insurance claims (if applicable), and project timelines

• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals

• Close sales and guide customers through the contract and scheduling process

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software

• Work closely with the production and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (construction, roofing, or home improvement industry a plus)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and able to manage your schedule effectively

• Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs (training provided)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile tools is helpful
