Job Description
SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician! that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Extraction (wet/dry)
- Carpet spot removal
- Move furniture before/after clean
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications
- 1+ year Floor Tech experience required
- Experience in the janitorial industry required
- Experience in running a floor scrubber
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Experience with side x side machine and floor scrubber
- Custodial experience
Shift: Sunday- Thursday 5:00pm- 1:30am
Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
