Job duties include:

• Assist in instruction and fulfillment of IEP mandates
• Implement established behavior plan(s)
• Ability to assume teacher responsibilities
• Assist teacher to implement and monitor individual lesson plans, data collection and charting systems
• Assist in conducting classroom activities that enhance opportunity to develop skills in areas of need
• Assist with routine classroom functions
• Assist with home-school communication
• Assist with all required paperwork to be completed
• Ability to travel to satellite locations upon request

Position requires New York State Teaching Assistant Certificate or New York State Teaching Certificate. If you do not have currently, must obtain within six (6) months of hire

Rate of pay $22.00/hour
