The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Extended Warranty Clerk located at Napleton Hyundai in Hazelwood, the Automotive Extended Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing, submitting, and tracking manufacturer extended warranty claims.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares, submits, and follows up on extended warranty claims
- Processes all extended warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required
- Reconciles all extended warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Automotive Extended Warranty Administrative experience preferred.
- CDK experience highly desirable.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
