Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares, submits, and follows up on extended warranty claims
• Processes all extended warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required
• Reconciles all extended warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments
• Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Automotive Extended Warranty Administrative experience preferred.
• CDK experience highly desirable.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
