Position Summary:
The Senior Staffing Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, testing, and interviewing applicants for job placement. The Senior Staffing Specialist also serve as a leader within the Branch, mentoring front line staff and assisting with business decisions in the absence of the branch manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, test, interview, and evaluate applicants for assignments
- Place candidates on temporary assignments in a timely manner
- Retrieve and process job orders from clients
- Enter, update, and maintain personnel records in the employee database
- Conduct orientations, drug screens, reference and background checks
- Perform various administrative duties (file, fax, copy, etc.)
- Complete new hire paperwork in compliance with Federal/State requirements
- Mentor staff and assist with managing operational decisions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Some college or degree preferred
- 2-year previous Staffing and/or HR experience preferred
- Able to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Excellent people skills and ability to work face-to-face with the public
- High sense of urgency to meet customer demands
- Valid Driver License
