Sr. Systems Engineer I (5663)

As Sr. Systems Engineer I, you'll design, develop, support, and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.

What you'll do:

• Analyzes, develops, modifies, tests and maintains the system.
• Makes updates to system related installation documentation.
• Performs end-user support.
• Verifies and validates that each system meets internal and external requirements.
• Diagnoses problems and provide recommendations for improvement on existing and new systems.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of computer systems engineering experience
• Proven ability to define and support long-term, enterprise-level technology strategies.
• Proven ability to handle daily IT operation and oversight of risk management, deliverables, and resources, including current hardware and networks available.
• Proven ability to develop technology solutions for large scale enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to support the design, development, and integration of enterprise machine learning services.
• Proven ability to develop solutions that will include data pipelines, model architecture, model design, training, evaluation, tuning, deployment, and integration.

SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $151,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
