Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated professional to join the Quality Assurance Team as a Supervisor. You will expand your technical and procedural knowledge as you manage a daily review cycle that includes handling multiple items relating to Commercial, Insurance Services (TPA), private passenger auto. You will also support a team of associates with reviewing and auditing files to maintain high quality in all commercial operations in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates have Commercial Trucking Claims/Claims Trucking experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Pulling data from various platforms
  • Uploading selected data into Excel or Sharepoint
  • Assigning files to QA analysts
  • Daily and weekly calibration with the QA team on the review
  • Coaching/training on missed calibrated items
  • Monitoring the quality of direct reports
  • Analyzing Excel/PowerBI to identify monthly trends
  • Tracking the progress and completion of assigned audits
  • Recommending processes to improve quality
  • Submitting suggestions for system enhancements
  • Collaborating on creating a file criteria for Operations
  • Preparing Excel reports for leadership with summaries
  • Holding monthly calibration sessions with Operations
  • Updating PowerPoints for bi-weekly presentations
  • Ensures the QA team is the right tool for the review
  • Deliver quality work and meet deadlines for pre-appeals and publishing

Annual Salary

$82,000.00 - $157,850.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
