Job Summary:

Provides staff and clients with a broad range of services (eFiling, word processing, spreadsheet creation and other document creation) to support Sr. Account Manager teams. Performs duties in the Back-Up Receptionist queue and other duties as needed to meet the Agency's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner

● Prepare Evidence of Property and Certificate of Liability Insurance forms for clients and mortgage holders

● Prepare Letters of Recommendations and Proposals

● Create new or renewal policies in Agency Management System

● Assist with compilation of renewal submission information including Loss Run Requests, Proposal & In Process Invoice Prep, Portal Quoting and Flood Zone Determinations

● Prepare finance agreements as needed

● Check Policies for Coverage Accuracy and Deliver to Clients once Accuracy Confirmed

● Assist clients as needed with Acct Manager instruction

● Assist Producers as needed with Acct Manager instruction

● Support Account Manager with all tasks required or requested

Requirements:

  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter and have problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Ability to be Flexible

Education/Experience:

● Minimum College Degree, prefer Bachelor's but Associate will be considered
