Job Description

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for all facets of recruiting success at Romac. The Recruiting Manager will provide leadership, support, advocacy, and direction to a staff of Recruiters who in turn provide recruiting support to hiring managers across several levels of the organization. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that Romac is hiring and retaining the best possible talent. This position will report directly to the Director of HR and partner closely with other leaders of the executive team to maximize the support needed to bring the necessary talent acquisition strategies to life.

Additionally, this position serves as a "working manager" function, so the Recruiting Manager may be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and submitting candidates for some critical roles or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators to ensure established recruitment metrics are achieved while focusing on our best-in class full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to ensure overriding company business objectives and goals are being met.
  • Support all other recruiting programs such as recruitment marketing, referral programs, career fairs, etc.
  • Prepare, manage, and utilize recruiting metrics that will drive key decisions and provide solutions that will positively impact the business' key objectives.
  • Manage, source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, or direct hire opportunities.
  • Work with outside staffing agencies on direct hire needs on specific roles.
  • Attend job fairs, community college programs, and other events which could develop a long-term pipeline of talent for the organization. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits, making presentations, maintaining rapport.
  • Review and revise current job descriptions, as well as assist Hiring Managers in developing job descriptions for newly added roles.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment at all levels.
  • Knowledge of modern employment practices and related laws.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective interviewing and phone skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs.
  • People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment.

Compensation: $100,600-$151,000 per year
