Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct thorough interviews to understand students' goals and tailor advice accordingly.
• Present detailed information about our programs, policies, and benefits.
• Assist students in overcoming any barriers to enrollment and ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to student admissions.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid representatives to aid applicants with financing options.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and activities within the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations to promote TUBC.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service and a history of achieving performance targets.

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with CRM software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups of individuals.
• A genuine passion for education and the beauty industry.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
