Job Description
We are hiring for a CNA/HCA with a Nurse Delegation Certificate.
Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers and currently has daytime available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area.
Schedules: Day - Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferences
Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour depending on your experience and certifications

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with Clients
- Perform Nurse Delegation tasks
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs as needed
- Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident's home
- Transportation to appointments and shopping
- Companionship & supervision
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
- Nurse Delegation Certificate
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Previous Long-Term Care experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire
- Work authorization required
- Maintains current driver's license and a dependable insured vehicle
- Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
