Executive Auto Group, Connecticut’s largest automotive retailer, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our Central Accounting Office in Wallingford, CT.

Your Role:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Process payroll and floor-plan payments
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and maintain schedules
• Post deposits, inventory, and deals
• Perform daily banking and support general accounting functions

To be successful you’ll need:

• Prior experience in automotive accounting
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
