Assisted Living Manager - Rn/Lpn

Under general supervision, the Manager of Assisted Living directly manages the Assisted Living care & service team and serves as a member of the community's leadership team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Full Time - Exempt $64,000 to $75,000 Depending On experience

The Assisted Living Manager leads the Assisted Living care & service team and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws.

Key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Hiring/training associates, planning and assigning their work, and appraising and rewarding their performance
• Assisting with marketing the accommodations and services to prospective residents
• Developing and implementing activities and support programs
• Ensuring adequate staff and work schedules
• Participating in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition
• Assisting in the development of the Resident Services Plan
• Participating in regular resident and family meetings
• Performing other essential duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience working in health care, senior living, or strong service environment; or any equivalent combination of education and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in a health care, social science, or business discipline
• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Nevada
