Job Description
$75,000 - $82,500 a year
Location: Los Angeles HQ/Hybrid

Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a skilled People Ops Specialist who can take the lead on recruiting efforts while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruiting experience who's ready to own the hiring process from end to end and contribute to building a strong company culture. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and supportive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruiting activity
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates
HR Support:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR data management
- Provide general HR support to employees and help resolve day-to-day HR questions
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as policy updates, employee engagement, and performance review processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting (in-house or agency), ideally 3-5+ years
- Familiarity with HR operations and employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Lever)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
