CareTrack is a leading provider of Remote Care services with a focus on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), helping healthcare providers improve patient outcomes, generate recurring revenue, and reduce hospitalizations. We offer a fully managed RPM program, compliant with CMS billing guidelines, that seamlessly integrates with practice workflows.
Your Role
We're seeking independent sales professionals to introduce our RPM program to primary care physicians, specialists, group practices, and hospitals. Ideal reps will have existing healthcare networks and understand value-based care models.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and pitch RPM services to medical practices, FQHCs, clinics and hospitals
- Educate providers on patient benefits, onboarding and RPM reimbursement
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to contract signing
- Serve as the primary liaison between the provider and our onboarding team
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure client success
Qualifications
- 4+ years in B2B healthcare sales
- Strong existing network of medical practices and/or hospitals and health systems
- Athena and Greenway practice relationships preferred
- Familiarity with CMS codes for RPM, CCM, or TCM is preferred
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Self-starter with strong communication and consultative selling skills
Commission Structure – Get Paid for Every Step
Top reps earn $2,000–$4,000+ per practice, per month within 90 days.
- $200 per completed meeting with a qualified lead
- $100 when a provider signs
- Ongoing commissions from patient onboarding
- $400 bonus per provider each quarter when new patients enroll
