Position Overview:

The Manager, Vendor Management is responsible for the end-to-end vendor management process, developing plans, selecting preferred and qualified vendors, review existing vendor strategy, and evaluating current third-party relationships to ensure they align to CCM’s strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vendor management function, including onboarding, performance evaluation, contract compliance, and issue resolution.

  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, KPIs, and SLAS to ensure vendor performance aligns with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to support vendor selection, negotiations, and renewal.

  • Monitor regulatory and risk requirements related to third party vendors and ensure CCM is continually in compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline vendor related processes and reduce costs; recommend and implement updates to processes and policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date vendor records and reporting dashboards.

  • Facilitate regular vendor business reviews and manage escalations.

  • Support the continuous improvement of vendor management policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management.

  • Experience in the mortgage industry, preferred.

  • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.

  • Skilled in managing multiple project schedules and deliverables.

  • Skilled in collaboration and working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in taking initiative and working independently.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
