Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on sales needs. The primary focus of this role will be making outbound calls to leads in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our CRM database.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and present relevant product or service information.
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
Additional Information:
- This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on sales performance and business needs.
- Training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
