Job Overview:
The AVP, Business Management will support the SVP, Chief of Staff, and the Group Managing Director of Business Strategy & Innovation (BSI). This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of a dynamic organization. The AVP will serve as a key liaison across internal teams, helping to translate strategy into action and supporting operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with senior leaders to support strategic planning and execution
Manage communications, reporting, and project tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as a liaison between internal partners, facilitating collaboration and information flow.
Support the budget process, including tracking, reporting, and engaging with stakeholders.
Respond to ad hoc inquiries related to BSI operations with clarity and precision.
Develop presentations and materials that effectively communicate strategic narratives.
Monitor progress on key initiatives and anticipate future needs to support long-term planning.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive forward key business initiatives.
Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations through strong administrative rigor and oversight.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with senior stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and Smartsheet.

Pay Range:
$99,200-$165,300/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
