The Accountant will work on site in our Sheridan office to partner with the business, to support the finance function and help the organization stay in compliance with accounting principles, prepare financial statements, and assist in all things related to manufacturing accounting. He/she will be responsible for the completion of multiple account assignments for accounting.

What You'll Do…

• Process month-end duties and complete by assigned deadlines
• Assist in processing all required account reconciliations
• Assist in customer billing to ensure it is done timely and accurately
• Provide item sales price analysis and system updates
• Calculate and assign standard costing in NetSuite
• Assist in inventory management and control/policy enforcement
• Provide financial analyses as needed
• Assist with providing information to external auditors
• Assist in financial analysis related to cost savings
• Seek out areas of improvement for internal processes and modify as needed

What You Need…

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• 5+ years in the accounting / finance field
• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems
• Experience with budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting preferred
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
