What Will You Be Doing?

We're looking for a high-energy, curious, and results-obsessed leader to oversee one of our Market Management Teams - the engine that blends strategic pricing with demand forecasting and inventory optimization to drive total revenue performance.

This role sits at the intersection of fare strategy and yield management. You'll be responsible for ensuring our fares and seat availability are perfectly aligned with demand, competition, and network priorities. Your leadership will directly impact Frontier's ability to meet and exceed revenue targets across the system.

This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with curiosity, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving commercial outcomes.

Essential Functions

Strategy & Execution

  • Lead a team of Pricing and Yield Analysts to deliver market-level revenue strategies across the Frontier network.
  • Merge pricing and inventory management disciplines to create a cohesive market overlay that maximizes revenue opportunities.
  • Daily performance monitoring and development of proactive strategies to address to deliver revenue plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Network Planning, Marketing, Revenue Management Development, Revenue Analysis, Revenue Analytics, amongst others, to align strategy and improve our systems and process.

Market Management

  • Develop tailored market plans for each of the markets within the assigned region and execute revenue strategy according to those plans. Monitor effectiveness and pivot strategy when needed.
  • Own pricing and inventory strategy for assigned regions, ensuring plans and actions are aligned with competitive context, market demand, and forecast accuracy.
  • Leverage data and reporting to make timely, informed decisions pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Optimize inventory controls based on demand trends, seasonality, special events, and competitor actions.
  • Drive promotional and sales activity based on revenue opportunity and market need.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Develop and mentor a team of 6 to 8 analysts - build technical skills, commercial acumen, and leadership potential.
  • Establish a high-performance culture built on curiosity, ownership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • Set clear goals and provide consistent coaching, feedback, and development plans.
  • Provide mentorship and technical development to team members, supporting both career progression and business impact.
  • Champion cross-training and exposure to other areas of Revenue Management to strengthen team versatility and long-term talent pipeline.

Process & Technology Improvement

  • Identify process gaps, work collaboratively with the Revenue Management Development leader to implement improvements to drive efficiency and revenue impact.
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Development, and Decision Science teams to evolve pricing and yield tools.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of Frontier's revenue management systems, configurations, and reporting capabilities.

Sr. Manager

  • Act as a coach to the other managers in the team.
  • Represent their director with other team members / other areas of the company when the director is absent.
  • Continuously seek improvement of our business, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Aviation Management, or related field required.
  • Hands-on experience with fare filing (ATPCO), GDS distribution, and revenue management systems (e.g., Navitaire) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and optimization principles required.
  • Strong command of Excel, SQL, and data analysis; Python or R experience a plus

Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Aviation Management, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in airline pricing and/or yield management.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, ideally managing pricing or revenue management teams

Sr. Manager

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in airline pricing and/or yield management.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, ideally managing pricing or revenue management teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of airline economics, competitive behavior, and revenue management principles.
  • Proven ability to balance pricing strategy with inventory control to maximize revenue.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to present complex analyses clearly to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, performance-driven environment.
  • Passion for leading teams, developing talent, and building a strong culture.

  • Sr Manager, Market Management -$123,462 - $163,873
  • Candidates may be considered as a Sr. Manager or Manager based on qualifications and experience *
