Compensation starting at $101,000/year, open to discussion, based off experience!

Job Functions

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day clinical and office functions, ensuring timely completion of tasks, even during staff absences.
  • Staff Supervision & Meetings: Provide direct supervision to RN and PT Case Managers, lead monthly staff meetings, and conduct Aide in-services and Case Manager meetings.
  • Clinical Oversight & Documentation: Review and approve evaluation packets, OASIS, 485s, and ensure individualized and compliant care plans are maintained and updated per regulatory standards.
  • Quality & Compliance: Lead chart audits, manage QI activities, address internal audit deficiencies, and maintain regulatory readiness for surveys and audits.
  • Referral & Admissions Oversight: Track referral-to-admission flow, manage non-admit cases, and ensure proper documentation and processing of all admissions (including those with non-Medicare payors).
  • Scheduling & Productivity Management: Approve weekly field schedules, monitor productivity, and participate in on-call rotation or patient visits if clinically licensed.
  • Payroll & HR Coordination: Approve payroll, manage staff evaluations, handle employee counseling, and ensure HR documentation is complete and submitted timely.
  • Accounts & Billing Oversight: Approve accounts payable, monitor end-of-episode billing, and maintain revenue integrity by minimizing outstanding claims.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Serve as a key disaster coordinator in the absence of leadership; implement and test the emergency preparedness and disaster response plan.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for both field and office staff to maintain adequate coverage and quality care delivery.
